Within this site you will find step by step detailed instructions on maintenance procedures as well as some modifications that can be made to the 1000rr.

Unfortunately my wallet is the limiting factor that dictates the amount of modifications that appear on this site.   More mods will be added to this site at a later date, with Mr. Wallet’s permission

I will also answer the questions of why I performed each modification and what advantages they produced.

The maintenance and modifications within this site are performed on a 2005 Repsol Edition CBR1000RR. Although the maintenance procedures and most of the modification procedures that are performed on the 05 are identical for the 04 through 07 models.

All the mods are intended to make CBR1000RR an all around better motorcycle for street riding. The goal, to enhance performance handling and appearance.
